The Role

We’re looking for a Design Intern to join our marketing team. This is a creative support role focused on bringing ideas to life visually and helping us communicate complex topics in clear, compelling ways.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead and wider team to design visuals for campaigns, social media, and the website, while also contributing to content creation and digital storytelling.

What You´ll Do

Support the development of visual content for NovAzure’s LinkedIn campaigns, newsletters, and website.

Translate concepts and data into eye-catching graphics, layouts, and short videos aligned with NovAzure’s brand language.

Assist with social media planning and scheduling (LinkedIn primarily).

Experiment with AI tools to speed up and enhance content and visual creation.

Support ongoing marketing and communication projects.

Collaborate with consultants and partners to ensure visual consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

Who You Are

• A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related fields.
  
• A visual thinker with a good eye for layout, colour, and brand coherence.
  
• Confident using tools such as Canva, Figma or similar platforms.
  
• Curious about sustainability, innovation, and clean technology.
  
• Comfortable working with AI tools to support content creation and visual ideation.
  
• Organised, proactive, and collaborative, able to handle multiple projects at once.
  
• Strong written and visual communication skills in English
