As a start-up in the smart heating sector, Minibems was looking to scale their operations with a late seed funding round. They are also looking for strategic support in creating business models to penetrate new market segments.

NovAzure supported Minibems during their late seed funding round by fine-tuning their business plan and pitch decks to eventually introducing a number of investors. NovAzure lead Minibems through the end-to-end funding campaign which included pitch rehearsals and preparations, investor engagements and full due diligence support. NovAzure provided Minibems with interim CFO support as well as advice to setup a new “Heating as a Service” business model to target in particular the retrofit market for heating systems. NovAzure continues to provide introductions to the wider NovAzure ecosystem including potential customers in the built environment.
