Remediiate is a startup that converts Industrial CO2 emission into Animal Feed.
They have developed a set of proprietary technology and know-how which distinguish them against the competition, having a first commercial scale installation at a Vale site in the UK (Nickel Refinery), in partnership with Forfarmers, an animal feed company.

How We Helped
Remediiate engaged NovAzure to support their equity fundraising efforts through investor readiness consulting and strategic preparation.
As part of our X-Ray investability assessment, we identified key areas for improvement before they initiated their fundraising process, and worked closely with the Remediiate team to implement enhancements across positioning, materials, and messaging.
We interviewed external stakeholders to ensure diverse perspectives were reflected, conducted market research, supported the development of financial models, and helped create the pitch deck, Investment Memorandum, and Data Room.
We also performed a detailed valuation analysis to strengthen their investment case and provided guidance on how to approach relevant sources of capital through a targeted outreach strategy.
